Program Overview:

Morning Session:
- 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Yoga and Mindfulness Practices
Begin the day with a gentle yoga session followed by mindfulness exercises to center the mind and body. - 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Nutrition and Healthy Eating Workshop
Learn about the fundamentals of nutrition, meal planning, and how to make healthier food choices.
Afternoon Session:
